    Do the people out in the field need a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Professional and Field Service Add on license to use the Field Service App? That would be very expensive? What is the lowest cost license someone who never uses the Dynamics website only the FieldOne Mobile App need?Many thanks

    CRM Professional licenses and above are entitled to a free download/license of FieldOne Desktop and Mobile.FieldOne will eventually be built into CRM Professional subscriptions. Its currently not available for onprem

    Currently Microsoft has given the option for imnporting Fieldone sky solution into your instance, so that the Field One sky module will be available in your CRM instance. Then you have to enable Fieldone license from Field One Admin.

    Hi Param,  I was informed by FieldOne that license costs are included as part of the Dynamics CRM Professional license. You mentioned that FieldOne is available for purchase. Can you confirm? Thank you! Additionally, you mentioned that FieldOne is available in O365, by that I am assuming you mean that it is available when I go to O365>Admin>CRM>Products>FieldOne. In there I see FieldOne Sky and version Number as 5.1.5031.0. Is this what we need to install ? Thank you!
