How to Keep your Franchisees Happy

There are many, simple to implement, ways to improve your relationship with your franchisees. One of the most important things you can do is open up the lines of communication between your company and your franchisees’ company. Providing a Franchise portal is a great first step in adding transparency to your relationship.

How does a Franchise Portal make your franchisees’ lives easier?

  1. Balance information- By using a portal you can give your franchisees access to all their account information. They can check on invoices, payments, credits, returns, or debit notes, and easily make decisions based on real time information. This means your franchisees will see exactly how much they owe you, and when it’s due.
  2. Accept Payments online- Through the Fidesic for Franchise portal your franchisees will also be able to schedule payments  by both credit card and ACH. These payments will flow directly from the portal into Dynamics GP.
  3. Pay bills automatically- Aside from making one-time payments, franchisees can set up their account to process payments automatically.
