Dynamics 365 AI For Sales: Who Knows Whom
One of the great new features in the upcoming Dynamics 365 AI for Sales application is a Who Knows Who connection graph. This feature makes it easier for sales professionals to identify the best people in their organisation to introduce them to contacts and leads.
The Who Knows Who connection graph analyses previous interactions to determine the relative connection strength of relationships between people. When the connection strength is strong, sales engagements are more likely to come across as warm engagements as opposed to cold engagements. These warm engagements are beneficial as they increase positive response rates and are much more likely to lead to a sales conversion than a cold sales approach.
The Who Knows Who connection graph feature is complementary to the relationship analytics, predictive lead scoring, and predictive opportunity scoring of the Dynamics 365 AI for Sales application. I see all of these features as useful tools for sales professionals with the goal of meeting and then exceed their sales quota.
