To-Increase for EUR 113m.
Columbus announced its intention in Octoberto sell off To-Increase as part of the firm's new strategic direction to become a global consultancy. The deal is expected to close in January 2021 pending legal approvals.
To-Increase offers dozens of add-on solutions for Dynamics ERP products. Many are industry-focused in areas including rental and lease management, food, and manufacturing.
