How to Refresh a Microsoft CRM 2011 Outlook Client View

One interesting observation regarding the new Microsoft CRM 2011 Outlook Client View design – how to refresh it.  The previous MS CRM v4.0 version for both the CRM Web and Outlook Client refreshes the view the same way – clicking on the refresh button within the view listing area (or click on another entity view and then come back to the original view).

With MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client View, the refresh button is no longer there (still shows in the MSCRM 2011 Web Client View).  Below is the MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client Account View (notice the green refresh button on the right is no longer there):

Instead the refresh button is now located in the Outlook View Menu >> Refresh:

If you are using Microsoft Office 2010 – I would also recommend adding the CRM “Refresh” button to the Quick Access tool bar to save time.
