Case Aging in Dynamics CRM

While working on the customer service tickets, we have to calculate the aging of the tickets. This will help us to provide better customer service, notify the users / teams that shows aged tickets, etc.

We can calculate the aging by using the JavaScript and call the JavaScript on the OnLoad of the form to get the real time aging.

The below is the snapshot of the JavaScript code.
