Custom Language Translations

Roma Gupta Profile Picture Roma Gupta 725

So far, we have Exported & Imported general labels & installed the language as per need.

Let us customize an entity. Firstly, create a solution and add entities that you need to translate. Once added click on Export Translations from the solution, it will take some time & a .zip file will be exported.

Extract the .zip file. The only extra tab this time we have is Display Strings undefined Add the column with Language code next to the English language code (1033). Save & compress it to a .zip file.

Import the file & publish all customizations.

Change the language from the user settings and start your testing.

Enjoy working in Dynamics 365, where English is not a barrier anymore.

Note – If you are on CRM on-premise and have multiple SQL servers, do install language packs in all the SQL servers.
