Aptean acquires DIN Solutions, adding to its food and beverage ERP portfolio

Enterprise software vendor Aptean has acquired Netherlands-based  DIN Solutions, maker of specialized food and beverage solutions for middle-market organizations in the Benelux region.

DIN's solutions are built on Microsoft technology, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, and are aimed at the mid-market.

The acquisition is the latest in a series by Aptean in the European food and beverage space with a Microsoft channel focus. They acquired food software firm Beckin October 2019 and Schouw Informatisering in November 2019. In March 2018 they acquired IndustryBuilt Ltd., makers of JustFood ERP and EquipSoft, an ERP solution for equipment dealerships.
