Dynamics 365 Business Central Availability in the Middle East – Arab Countries
Several years ago, we have submitted a suggesstin to Microsoft through the old MS Connect portal ( whic is currently retired ) asking about the possibility of providing a Arabic language module for Dynamics NAV. It was possible for us to use the W1 version and sell Dynamics NAV to clients.
Now with the release of Business Central, subscription for this Small to Meduim ERP system has not been provided through Microsoft in the whole Middle East region, but rather through selected third party partner, in addition to the fact that “Arab Countries” and “Arabic Language” is not supported as of yet.
It is worth to mention that Microsoft has already provided standard “Arabic” language module and offering for other business solutions such as Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ( 365 F&O ) . Although, Business Central is still not supported.
According to the “International Availability of Microsoft Dynamics 365“, Business Central is available only in the “United Arab Emirates” through third party partners. This has been last reviewed in 12/01/2018.

Several other partners are providing Dynamics 365 Business Central in other Middle East region.
Microsoft Ideas
We have recently posted on Microsoft Ideas a suggesstion to release Dynamics 365 Business Central direclty through Microsoft directly, and ensure the availability of an “Arabic Language” module as a standard offering in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This will ensure that Small to Meduim businesses in the Middle East are well covered by Microsoft wide range of Business Solutions.
You may provide your vote for the above suggesstion now on Microsoft Ideas Portal, on the link below. It is required to sign in using your email and specify your role whether you are a partner, MVP, customer or ISV.
