Task Recorder Setup – Media player

If you are starting to play with the new task recorder in AX2012 R2 CU7 through to it being standard in AX2012 R3 you will notice that it has a dependency on Windows Media player as it records a video when a task recording is done. If you are running on Windows Server 2012 R2 and you haven’t installed the desktop experience then you will get an error message when trying to use the task recorder. This video is a quick run through of what to setup.
