Emailing report and display email message before sending when AX is a published app

I’ve posted a few posts on working with email in various environments. This is another option when users are looking are wanting to email reports from AX when the AX client is access as a  published application. By default AX will send the email without the user being able to interact with the email. There is a line of code that you can change so the users can add details to the email message before it is sent.
