MB2-718 (Dynamics 365 for Customer Service) Preparation Course is Now Live!

Hi everyone!

After launching the preparation courses for MB2-715 (Online Deployment), MB2-716 (Customization and Configuration) and MB2-717 (Dynamics 365 for Sales), I am launching today the preparation course for MB2-718 (Dynamics 365 for Customer Service).

Just like my other courses, I include a complete study guide with text and pictures, a study plan and two full-length practice examinations with 100% original questions I created myself. I made sure the 96 questions I include have the same level of difficulty or even more than what you would get on the actual examination and that the number of questions per topic follow Microsoft’s guidelines.

I highly recommend you to pass the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification level first that includes its two required examinations first due to prerequisites. This is even more important if you are working or aspire to work for a Microsoft Partner.
