SBS Group Acquires Microsoft Dynamics Practice of Omnios

Technology consulting firm SBS Group has acquired Omnios, a Chicago-based Microsoft Dynamics practice.

SBS Group provides manufacturing, distribution, financial management, project management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, service management and accounting solutions.

SBS said it's continuing its market reach by pursuing other acquisition opportunities in several major markets across the country. Adding Omnios' Microsoft Dynamics Practice, allows SBS to enter the market in Microsoft's Chicago and Midwest regions. SBS Group's Midwest office located in Chicago will now serve Omnios' customers.
