New GPUG OneSource Series! Transition Plus

The GPUG OneSource Education Hub, your one-stop shop for deep and fast education on a variety of topics, is announcing the newest series: Transition Plus. This series will include six live webinars to provide users with a quick and convenient way to delve into topics that are top of mind of GPUG Members.

In the Transition Plus series, you will learn that when you bought Microsoft Dynamics® GP Advanced Management, you received Collections Management as part of your solution. It’s also likely that SmartList Builder is an important part your reporting tool set. The software publishers had an OEM agreement with Microsoft to sell and support their products. That practice has changed. Collections Management is available from version GP2010 and up, however, you must contact Microsoft by June 2014 to retain your rights to the software or you will have to buy it new from Professional Advantage.  As far as SmartList Builder is concerned, the transition officially happened January 1, 2014. All customer licenses were moved to eOne Solutions. As long as you are current on your annual maintenance, you will receive access from eOne to the latest product builds. They have added new features in GP 2013, SP 2 that you will want to take a look at.
