SS&C to Acquire Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Provider Salentica

SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc., a provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, is acquiring CRM solution provider Salentica.

Salentica will become a platform partner to the firm's Black Diamond wealth platform and deepen integrations and support for other SS&C clients, including APX, Axys, and Global Wealth Platform, company officials said.

The Salentica team has expertise in providing integrated CRM solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as Salesforce CRM. The company will operate as a business unit under SS&C and the acquisition will add 30 employees, officials said.
