Remove The model store has been modified pop up on client startup

After deleting model from Dynamics AX 2012 R2, I was receiving  “The model store has been modified” at AX client startup, but I was not able to select any option even to click Ok or Cancel buttons.

finally I fixed the issue by opening AOT using below command.
