AX for Retail - How to clear a Stuck Transaction in the MPOS Cart

On the Microsoft Dynamics AX Support blog, Randy Higgins stated that there have been a few instances where the MPOS (Modern Point of Sale) crashes during the processing of a transaction or the RTS (real-time service) times out before saving a customer order.

Normally, this transaction stays in the cart when you log into the MPOS again so you can complete the transaction, writes Higgins.
