Save Template for Journals

You may save templates via save template functionality in journals.

It is easier to use if you do not have it periodically used for periodic journals.

First you create you first journal.

And then use Functions -> Save voucher template

You will have two options

1. Percent

2. Amount

Amount will save the template as it is and percent will let you fill the amount yourself and allocates amounts according to the original amounts by percent.

Once saved, you can call the template that you need to use in your journal

Functions -> Select Voucher Template

If it is percent, you need to fill the amount that you want to be allocated.
