Forrester pick’s Microsoft as the leader of the Pack

Do you ever wonder if you are riding the right horse when you selected Microsoft Dynamics 365? Forester, just this month, has validated that Microsoft is the leader in Sales Force Automation.

This rating is based on the November 2016 release – 8.2

Based on what was revealed in the Executive Briefing – June 2017 I would expect that Dynamics 365 will move even further away from the rest of the pack when V9.0 is released this Summer.
