I have produced training videos for Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365 before ….  but this one is a little different!

In this video I will not try to give you loads of theory or cover anything in depth, instead I will try to show you how to get up and running with USD quickly. Yet still showing you how to build a complete working application.

Hopefully this video will help you get up and running quickly!

It won’t give you any in-depth theory behind hosted controls, actions and such like. Please explore my website to find out more details.
