AMC Banking/Dooap partnership

We are happy to announce that we will be partnering with Dooap. Dooap is a mobile-first, cloud-native accounts payable automation solution built specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and AX 2012. They offer a complete Accounts Payable solution and support end-to-end AP automation, from invoice capture to vendor payment.

AP automation (Accounts Payable Automation) is the process by which accounts payable processes are handled digitally using technology, rather than manually. Reducing manual interaction, gives increasing visibility, fraud prevention but also a more efficient process, since it rules out any human errors and factors. This could for example be: The loss of paper invoices, errors in data entries, but also issues with the timeliness of approvals, including AP approvers on vacation, back-and-forth email exchanges, difficulty getting ahold of the right approvers, etc.

End-to-end AP solution

Since Dooap’s modern AP and payment process is closely related to AMC Banking, and our customers have been asking for an end-to-end solution, it was an obvious choice for us to join forces. The partnership will combine the expertise of two leading companies, and offer a complete package to the market, which means that we will now be able to offer an integration of our companies in an integrated AP and payment automation solution.
