How to synchronize database in Dynamics 365?

In AX 2012, you can synchronize database from system administration 


or from AOT as the below


But in Dynamics 365, no menu available from GUI to synchronize database

just open visual studio and go to dynamic 365 tab to synchronize 


this action for full database synchronization

Also, you can synchronize on the project build
go to project properties   


set synchronize database to true


Also, you can synchronize after the model build


and select your model, then go to option tab


click synchronize database
