Part1- Install load testing component–Visual Studio

Pre-requisites

Web performance and load test projects are only available in the Enterprise edition of Visual Studio 2017.

Install the load testing component

If we miss to install “Load Testing” component at the time of installing Visual Studio, please follow below steps to install.

1. Open Visual Studio Installer from the Start menu of Windows.

2. Select Modify from drop-down

3. Pop-up will be opened, choose the Individual components tab, and scroll down to the Debugging and testing section. Select Web performance and load testing tools.

4. Click on “Modify”

The web performance and load testing tools component will be installed.
