Customizing Welcome screen in NAV 2015 – Windows Client

We would like to know, How to design our own Welcome screen for the windows client of NAV-2015. Our initial screen will look like the following:

To change Welcome Screen,

1. Go to the path, C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\RoleTailored Client\Images
2. Now, you can do modification to the file Splash.png and save it in the same path.

I edited the image, to the following one and saved it in the same path.

Now, open the NAV RTC and you can see the image which you edited, at first, before entering into NAV.
