HCL Technologies, has
acquired Minneapolis-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner PowerObjects, the company announced today.
HCL will pay approximately $46 million, including contingent payments subject
to certain financial milestones.
PowerObjects, which has grown to over 250 employees, had trailing twelve-month revenues of approximately $37 million as of September 30, 2015. HCL had $6.1 billion in revenue in the most recent 12 month period and has over 100,000 employees across 31 countries.
