• 7 percent plan to transition to a hospital or merge with other practices
• 46 percent of physicians plan on continuing to practice medicine as they do now
• 72 percent of doctors ages 65 and older like being a physician compared to just 44 percent between 36 and 45 years and 47 percent of physicians age 35 and under.
• 68 percent said they don’t have as much time as they should for their personal lives
