In the approval hierarchy, the assignments are assigned based on AD users. However, I'm having a problem where only the GP user who initiated the requisition can see the requisition. For example, if GP user bsmith entered a requisition, GP user jdoe cannot see the requisition, although the approval is assigned to jdoe's AD user. When jdoe tries to open the Requisition, we get errors saying "You don't have access to this requisition number."
Any thoughts on what's going here? Thanks.

Sounds like a problem with your web services deployment. To find out more you can run a log and see what is going on. If you need more assistance I can get a support engineer to help you. Please email me at Pam.Misialek@microsoft.com if you need.

Hi. Not sure if you are able to help. I believe we have this configured and when I go in to workflow setup I can successfully send a test email and test the e-mail action.
When a requisition is put through, approvers receive the email but when they click on approve or reject it takes them to a webpage saying: Request Error: The server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details.
However, there's no indication on the logs on the server (from what I can see). If the approver tries to look at the requisition using the link in the email it opens in Dynamics GP 2013 only if the application is installed and open on the machine.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Dan
