Backing Up CRM Database in Dynamics 365 CRM Online

Recently i have been asked about taking backups for Dynamics 365 CRM Online....................So here we go

1) Log into your office 365 Admin Panel and select Admin Centres> CRM

2) It will then open your CRM Online Admin Centre, You can select Backup & Restore now from this menu

3) You are now presented with a list of backups for your selected instances (you can use the drop down to switch from Prod to Test) To Start the Backup select New Backup

4) You will be promted to give the backup a label and any relevent notes, Once this is complete select Create.

5) A Message will appear advising that the backup is being Created.

6) To Restore select the backup and proceed to Restore - You will be asked to confirm.
