Specify Initial Product State

All product records are initially set in the Draft state by default, and are not available for users until the state of the record changes to Active when the record finishes publishing. You can use the Sales tab in the System Settings area in either Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook to specify whether products are initially set to an Active or Draft state when created.
