Beyond Vibe Coding: One Ecosystem, Three AI Frameworks for Microsoft Business Applications

Javier.Armesto Profile Picture Javier.Armesto 14 User Group Leader
Three Agentic Frameworks. One Manifest. Zero Vibe Coding. A few months ago I realized the wall between functional and technical consultants in the Dynamics world is about to collapse. That conviction changed how I think about my own profile — and pushed me to build tools for the transition. It started with ALDC — structured, governed AL development with GitHub Copilot. Many of you already use it. Then came the friction points: Copilot Studio agents without orchestration, Power BI models disconnected from their BC source. So I built CIRCE (agentic framework for Copilot Studio, built on Skills for Copilot Studio by Giorgio Ughini and Microsoft Power CAT) and Delfos (agentic squad for Power BI). Three frameworks. Three applications. Same architecture: agent squads, human validation gates, skills evidencing, and cross-session memory. What connects them? The Extension Manifest — when ALDC finishes a BC extension, it generates one document that feeds CIRCE with MCP coordinates and Delfos with typed data structures. One document. Two destinations. Zero manual translation. Article breaking down the full architecture coming soon. AI is not something you talk about. It is something you build.
