Summit and Forum Attendees Arrive Early to Leverage Academy Training

Over 700 Microsoft Dynamics users have arrived in Tampa to take part in the Pre-Conference Academy Training courses leading up to Summit and Forum 2013!

Academy courses provide focused content on specific Dynamics CRM topics, giving users the opportunity to dig deep in a hands-on environment. With 9 half- and full-day courses on the schedule, Dynamics CRM users will participate in 42 hours of Academy training today!

CRMUG is also excited to announce the newest member of the Academy team, Rich Beliveau, as the Academy Director. Rich brings over 16 years of experience in the ERP and CRM markets, most recently as a Technology Solution Professional at Microsoft. He’s hit the ground running with Academy training this week, and will be spending his post-Summit time focusing on CRMUG Academy planning for 2014. We’re excited to welcome Rich to the team!
