Long Term Health Care Facility Moves Off Of Sage BusinessWorks and Implements Microsoft Dynamics™ GP

White Oak Healthcare has chosen InterDyn BMI to bring the power and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics GP to its business and IT systems. The new technology will handle key business processes for White Oak Healthcare.

White Oak Healthcare LLC, DBA White Oak Senior Care, is an emerging growth oriented long term care provider headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.  White Oak was seeking a replacement Accounting System to enable its business to operate in an efficient and cost effective manner. As part of its evaluation, White Oak issued a Request for Proposal (”RFP”) to solicit approaches and pricing from several vendors to determine which vendor’s deployment methodologies and Accounting System offering is most compatible with the goals and objectives of White Oak. 

 White Oak consists of 908 Beds in  7 Facilities.  White Oak supports a centralized treasury function across its facilities, although each facility is a standalone  corporate entity for legal, tax and accounting purposes. White Oak is also in the process of centralizing all accounting functions, including patient billing which will remain on the PointClickCare.com (”PCC”) platform, fully integrated with the clinical systems. PCC will remain the primary accounts receivable system for White Oak after adopting the New Accounting System.
