Microsoft Convergence 2013 will be held in New Orleans, LA to be held on March 18-21. This event is not just for Microsoft Dynamics users. It is for prospective users too. What better way to see the software in action and get a taste of the community you are thinking of joining.
Microsoft just announced a promotion. If you register 3 employees for the full conference pass, you will get $100 off the third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh registration. So if you send 7 people you could get $500 cash back.
You won’t see a $100 discount on your registration; instead the money will be credited back to the credit card used for payment AFTER the event. (after all, they have to make sure you really attend).
Why would you send so many people? It would be an expensive trip. But what a great chance for an off-site team building excursion. You can plan for 2013 or beyond. And you can spread your team around so you can attend more of the hundreds of sessions offered, one person simply can not experience everything. CAL has never had a company send more than 3 people, but hey, in New Orleans there is a first time for everything.
A few “fine print” points to remember: Individual registration for Convergence 2013 can only be processed once. An individual registrant can only be associated with one employer/entity. Only full conference registrations will be eligible, day or host passes and cancelled registrations are not eligible. This offer starts November 14, 2012 and all full conference registrations must be confirmed by 11:59PM PST on March 21, 2013.

Can’t get to New Orleans? Plan to attend the Connecticut Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 Launch Event May 10, 2013 in Farmington, CT. We will try to recreate the fun of New Orleans for you.
