    Microsoft Social Listening has taken all the hard work of data collection and natural language algorithms out of the picture for IT departments and now allows the customer care / marketing teams to concentrate on the brand sentiment of the company. Fantastic addition to the CRM family.

    Thanks Bob. This is a good post. Completely agree that CRM is a critical element. Microsoft CRM Dynamics is a game changer for sure as it brings in email, elements of campaign management, social and a brilliant integration between Outlook and CRM (which is a pain when we think of say, Salesforce.com and Outlook or any email system integration), cuts the cycle time for frontline sales reps or marketing folks to launch email campaigns.
