Integrate Microsoft Teams with Azure DevOps Services

In this blog article we will see how we can integrate Microsoft Teams with Azure DevOps Services.
Prerequisites:
- Office365 subscriptions to integrate Microsoft Teams with Azure DevOps.
- Both Microsoft Teams and Azure DevOps should be in the same organization.
We should follow the below mentioned steps in order to integrate Microsoft Teams with Azure DevOps Services.
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Click on the Teams and then click on the “Join or create a team” link from the bottom and then click on “Create team” (refer Fig. 1).

- We can create the team using two options “Build a team from scratch” or “Create from existing Office 365 group or team”. In this blog article, I’ll select the option “Build a team from scratch” (refer Fig. 2).

- Select the type of team from the options “Private” or “Public” (refer Fig. 3).

- Specify the Team Name and click on “Create” (refer Fig. 4).

- Add the team members to the newly created Team to start the conversation (refer Fig. 5).

- Select the newly created “Dynamics CRM Team” and click on the plus (+) sign (refer Fig. 6).

- Choose “Azure DevOps” (refer Fig. 7).

- Click on “Add” (refer Fig. 8).

- Select the “Organization” (refer Fig. 9).

- Specify your credentials and click on “Next” (refer Fig. 10).

- Choose the existing Organization from the options (refer Fig. 11).

- Select either “Add a Dashboard” or “Add a Kanban board”. Firstly, we will choose an option “Add a Dashboard” and select the “Project”, “Team” and “Dashboard” and click on Save (refer Fig. 12).

- Let’s see another option “Add a Kanban board” and select the “Project”, “Team” and “Backlog Level” and click on Save (refer Fig. 13).

- Microsoft Teams is integrated with Azure DevOps Services successfully (refer Fig. 14 and 15).
