Service Packs provide a way to deliver hotfixes since a products release together, making the upgrade process easier.

New in this release is a the option to perform a full Business Portal install to SP1, meaning less steps to upgrade from older

versions of Microsoft Dynamics SL

Please note: Microsoft Dynamics SL 7 mainstream support phase ends in October 9th of 2012.

Customers still on SP3 or SP4 will be eligible to get "break fix" and "how to" support for

items already identified and resolved after the end date.
