Introducing Microsoft Cloud Services Browser Favorites / Bookmarks

TimDarius Profile Picture TimDarius 10

Microsoft offers several cloud-based services. As the set of services has grown, so has the set of URLs for the respective admin centers, admin portals, home pages, and makers portals.

This often ends with committing the frequently used service URLs to memory. If you happen to work across multiple clouds, the list can become large.

I have worked with Carlos E. Olivero to produce a set of aka.ms shortened URLs for the Microsoft cloud services and made them functional as a collection of importable browser favorites / bookmarks for Edge, Chrome, and FireFox. A bookmarks file for Safari will soon be added.

The import files and instructions can be downloaded here: https://github.com/TimDarius/MSFTCloudSvcsFavs/

The favorites collection got its start with a focus on Power Platform, and has been extended to include Azure, Microsoft 365, and Graph API.

They are grouped by cloud and by service, as shown here.

Carlos and I hope these shortcuts save you a lot of time! Please leave a comment, and let us know what you think.

Thank you to the people that have liked this post! Quick update: 2 more favorites have been added for Outlook and the SharePoint Admin Center for Commercial, GCC, GCCH, and DoD clouds. The Outlook shortcut may be especially useful for building and testing email-based approvals using Power Automate in a trial instance or development tenant.
