And the winner is…Microsoft Dynamics GP!

With the Critics Choice and Golden Globes awards just behind us and the Academy Awards coming up on March, our mindset is collectivly focused on “the best of”. What if there were an awards ceremony for the best ERP software – what would the “categories” be ? (Maybe Conan O’Brien can host if he is still looking for work)

Here are some “best of” categories that I consider relevant for considering which ERP solution best fits your business.

Best Score:

Microsoft Dynamics GP offers an incomparable value propositon  for both startup companies and mature organizations. The concept of business ready licensing provides new customers an extremely cost effective method of obtaining both immediate and future functionality.

And the winner is…

Best Picture:

In the business world, the application “look” most visible and comfortable to end users is Microsoft Office and Outlook. Microsoft Dynamics GP  provides users a role tailored interface featuring that same familiarity. The end result is a significant reduction in learning time resulting in rapid implementation between purchase and go live.

And the winner is…

Best Adaption:

Microsoft Dynamics GP offers flexible deployment models that allow users to adapt either on demand or on premise. Startup customers with minimal cash flow will benefit from the on demand model which provides all the functionality of the business essentials version for as little as $150 per user per month.  As business continues to expand companies then have the choice to transition to an on premise environment if and when that makes economic sense.

And the winner is…

Best Visual  Effects:

Microsoft Dynamics GP and SQL Server provide unparalleled access and maneuverability of organizational information. SQL reporting services, Analysis cubes and Excel connections provide countless ways to display and interact with meaningful business intelligence dashboards and metrics.

And the winner is…

Best Screenplay:

Screen modifications are fun and easy to make with various tools that both enhance and personalize the user experience. Extender allows users to add data fields, notes, macros and lookups without writing a single line of code.  Modifier changes the entire look of the screen to provide each user only the fields and functionality specfiic to their unique processes.

And the winner is…

Best Sequel:

Dynamics GP 2010 provides an award winning lineup of new features guaranteed to impress the masses. Among these are the ability to print any Dynamics GP form to Microsoft Word, one click emailing of groups of documents, customer and vendor accessibility to and updating of information via customized portals and enhanced business intelligence through expanded dashboards, graphs and business metrics.

And the winner is…

Best direction :

The standard and standout of ERP vendor user conferences, Convergence 2010 (April 24-27 in Atlanta) will provide insight into future trends as well as a preview of what to expect from Dynamics 2010 along with visibility to key Microsoft executives and technical specialists. This is a “not to miss” conference that provides value to both prospects and customers alike via keynote speakers, topic specific breakout sessions, hands on labs and the ever popular vendor showcase.

And the winner is…

And the winner in every category  is…Dynamics GP!
