Predefined type ‘Microsoft.CSharp.RuntimeBinder.Binder’ is not defined or imported – Silverlight

Today I got this error when I was preparing a Silver light training session, when I tried to build my Silver light web resource, it failed and when I check error list I got below error message:

When I tried to search, I found we need to include “Microsoft.CSharep.dll” reference in our project, and I once I added it from .Net tab, I was able to build my Silver light application.
