From PU22+, one can optimize 4 system jobs to get better performance experience

One cannot cancel them, just can change time zone and for some can change recurrence 

My favorite one is rebuild fragmented indexes, however one should fine tune DTU limit because when this job is executing, there could be some impact on time it takes SQL resources to process and could also cause blocking,
