Wahaj has been in love with Microsoft Technologies since his university days. Started his career as Dynamics CRM 4.0 developer in 2009, with a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner in Pakistan. Over a decade, he has worked with renowned Microsoft Partner Organizations in multiple roles, acquired skills on various Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions, and related technologies like PowerApps, PowerBI, and SharePoint. He has contributed to several successful implementations in various sectors and helped organizations to improve efficiency in terms of salesforce and business processes. Working with the Retail and Government sectors he also developed tailored solutions to automate business processes and used accelerators like Microsft Grants 360 to bring transparency. |

For the last four years, Wahaj has been working as Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Solution Architect in the United Arab Emirates for a leading retailer and a government entity. He is fond of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technology stack and loves to explore and share his experience with the community. He is a community contributor, blogger, and problem solver. Wahaj aims to bring efficiency and improvements to businesses of all sizes using Microsoft Technologies specifically Power Platform and work with other community members to help them have a successful implementation. |
