Fastpath acquires Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution ideiio

Fastpath Solutions, makers of access control and Separation of Duties (SoD) solutions for business applications, announced they have acquired ideiio, makers of an identity governance and administration (IGA) solution.

The combined capabilities will better help organizations protect identity and prevent fraud across business applications, by improving the ability to follow the principles of Least Privilege, according to the company.

ideiio links an organization's HR and IT systems so when a new starter joins, the platform automatically creates the access rights to company systems and data, using the company’s HR system as the single-source of truth. The system then tracks access over time and allows for identity audits, access updates for people changing roles, administrative tasks, and governance via a portal.
