WineDirect, which provides sales technology and fulfillment services to wineries, has acquired Elypsis Winery from Admiral IT, adding a Microsoft Dynamics NAV-based ERP solution to their portfolio.

Elypsis offers services ranging from enterprise resource planning (ERP), point of sale (POS), and customer relationship management (CRM). WineDirect offers services to enable wineries to sell more wine directly to consumers including e-commerce, fulfillment, telesales, financial management, point of sales (POS), as well as call center solutions.

Adding the Elypsis Dynamics NAV ERP solution will allow wineries to access all of WineDirect's services and manage more from one location, company officials said.
