How to: Deploy all reports through Management Shell

Good day everyone,

Microsoft Dynamics AX includes many default reports that you must deploy, it is usually done every time after you install AX 2012, install a new KB or you move Model Store between environments.

First, open Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Shell as an administrator by following these steps:

1. Click Start > Administrative Tools.
2. Right-click the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Shell option.
3. Click Run as administrator.

To deploy all reports, enter the following command:

Publish-AXReport –ReportName *

After that restart AOS and Reporting Services service.

1. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services to open the Services management console.
2. Right-click the SQL Server Reporting Services service service and choose Stop
3. Right-click the Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server and choose Restart
4. Right-click the SQL Server Reporting Services service and choose Start
