Visual Studio Integration Toolkit now available directly from Winthrop

Mekorma no longer distribute Visual Studio Integration Toolkit and cannot renew subscriptions for the product.
Winthrop Development Consultants now distribute Visual Studio Integration Toolkit directly. To ensure a smooth transition, all existing sites will need to upgrade to build 12 or later before their subscription with Mekorma expires.
Build 12 includes a new registration system which will automatically generate, download and activate an annual subscription once the site’s contact details have been entered. All existing customer sites registered via Mekorma have already been transferred into Winthrop’s registration server and so will automatically retrieve the contact details and registration keys. The only action required is to install the new build onto all workstations (and update any other Winthrop products installed at the same time).
Important Note: Please update all your installed Winthrop Development Consultants products at the same time. Failure to do so will cause products not updated to be unregistered.
New sites can instantly activate their free annual subscriptions just by entering the site’s contact details. Please note that the details must be the end customer’s details and that the email address must be valid and unique for the customer. The email address links the registration keys to the Microsoft Account Number and must be unique and valid for the system to work.
Partners also have the option of associating a customer site to their partner organization. This step can be performed before installation by providing the contact details and waiting for confirmation that the customer has been added to the registration server. Using this method will avoid the need to enter contact details on the customer’s system as they will be retrieved from the server and so makes the registration fully automated.
The other choice, if you need immediate access, is to register the site by entering the contact details and then contacting Winthrop to adjust the details in the registration server afterwards.
For more information (including how to register), see the Visual Studio Integration Toolkit portal page at:
As long as the system has internet access, new keys will be automatically generated to extend the annual subscription for another year about 30 days before they are due to expire.
Please update your systems as soon as possible to ensure smooth operation.
David
