I have been completing a series of posts to help people prepare for the MB 200 certification (Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales). Here is a collection of links to all of those posts. I hope these might serve as a useful revision aid for the MB 200 exam.

The MB 200 certification is not easy! But sales is at the heart of any “CRM” system and therefore one I hope you will really enjoy learning about.
