Hi All,we upgrade CRM from 2015 to 365 v9 on premise after upgrading while we try to save case record it saved but make Contact field after saving "null"
after debugging the js we found that js after calling save function has crash on ClientAPIwrapper.js and formcontrol.jsso one of our solution is convert Form in Legacy Mode Settings >> Adminstration >> system settings >> make form use legacy render = Yes the above is solve the problem but we don't need to use legacy mode so any suggest for solving the issue ?
You may need to convert the Legacy JS script functions that are deprecated to those which are supported in V9.0.

i update the JS Code for functions OnSave and issue still exist.

If possible can you put the code snippet in the chat and the event on which it is triggered.
Also i would recommend you to check , apart from JS any other operation is being done on same event i.e. case save like any workflows / plugins / actions getting triggered for the same event?
If yes, check the relation with specific to Contact field.
After looking to the code , Would recommend if it is JS issue or anything else.
