Subscription Billing - Sales Order using Subscription Item Error

I am in my CRONUS/demo environment (V27.2), and I am getting an error “The Subscription does not exist. Identification fields and values: No.=''

Here is a screenshot of the Sales Order:

I have created an item 1001 – for Business Central licenses; it is Non-Inventory and set to “Subscription Item” in the Subscription Option field – there is one Subscription Line created from the Sales Order (I have a 12M Subscription Package assigned to the Item):

When I go to Post (Ship & Invoice - I've also tried just "Ship") I get the error:

I am not sure what I’m doing wrong… any advice you can provide I would greatly appreciate. If there are issues with the numbering for the Subscription Lines, I have included a screenshot of the No. Series for Subscription Lines below:
I have the same question (2)

    Hello ,

This error isn’t about posting or the item—it means Business Central failed to create the Subscription Header because no valid Subscription No. Series is assigned, so the Subscription No. ends up blank (No.='') and posting stops. Even if Subscription Lines exist and their No. Series looks fine, BC always creates the Subscription Header first, and if Subscription Nos. (header) is missing, not defaulted, or not linked in Subscription Setup / Subscription Package, you’ll get exactly this error. Fix it by assigning a valid Subscription Header No. Series (Starting No. + Default Nos. = true), ensure the Subscription Package points to it, then remove and re-add the sales line and post again. This is a common CRONUS/demo setup gap in V27+.

Thank you Oussama - Can you provide more details on how to exactly "assign a valid Subscription Header No. Series"?

This is how i have the No. Series set up for Susbcription Headers/lines and assigned in the setup:

Is there a field I should be pulling into the Sales Order on Personalization in order to populate this field?

I believe the issue relates to your item setup.  A subscription item can be used on subscription lines, within a customer subscription contract.

If you want to use the item on a sales order, the correct subscripton option for the item would be "Sales with Subscription"  this will allow you to sell it, and also create a subscription for the item.
