When preparing quotations or invoices for infrastructure-related work, there are often many detailed items, such as various cloud services and external service charges (for example: Twilio, Google, AWS, GitHub, Microsoft, etc.), as shown in the attached example.
If we try to register all these detailed items as individual items in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, the item master becomes very large and difficult to maintain.
In such cases, how should items be configured in Business Central when creating quotations and invoices?
