Hi All,

Little question for France users on D365HR Leave and Absence

- at the end of each month, an employee earns 2.08 days of annual leave for an annual total of 25 days (based on working days).
- but at the end of the year we have 12 * 2.08 = 24.96 days of leave while the French law stipulates an obligation of 25 days.
- the period of leave always starts on June 01 of each year and ends on May 31 of the following year (yes the French are complicated). So if I don't take any vacations, on May 31 I should have 25 days in my counter.

Question : how to get these 25 days and not 24.96 ? (knowing that we have only 2 decimals on the amount of regularization in the plan, and that the management of the rounding on the type of leave is not very convincing...)

Additional clarification: in France, we usually take leave by the day or half day

Many thanks to the community and the experts for their answers.....

Kind regards

Thierry
